About the Pavilion in Seguin Texas

We appreciate you thinking of Cool Breeze Pavilion to host your special occasion. Our family-owned Pavilion and property are the perfect landscape for bringing together your loved ones for a family reunion, anniversary party or tailgating while watching your favorite team. We have space to spread out and plan to have more amenities up our sleeve, so stick with us!

Our Property

Cool Breeze Pavilion sits on 138 acres of improved pasture land. The property is a working cattle ranch operated by Brehm Farms for mostly bull development. You’ll find 4 ponds, with our largest (approximately 3 acres) stocked with fish and equipped with a small covered shelter and fishing pier.

Weddings and/or vow renewals can be done near our ponds or under some of the beautiful oaks that fill the property. Our pond is stocked with bass and bluegill with a pier that is great for fishing. We can also arrange a fishing guide if so desired.

Cool Breeze Pavilion

The South Texas heat is no joke, and the name of our Pavilion came about as the breeze is a true component of this space! Even on the hottest days of the summer, a breeze fills the covered Pavilion and our Big Ass Fans (excuse my French, but that really is the name of the company!) can create a comfortable, airy feel.

There is 2,600 square feet of covered space, air conditioned men and women’s restrooms, as well as, an air conditioned cooking and serving kitchen. We’ve further extended the foot print and aesthetic of Cool Breeze Pavilion by adding artificial turf surrounding the entire Pavilion.

Cool Breeze Living

Our brainchild and future plans! We have big dreams for our beautiful property and that entails creating a sense of being. We want Cool Breeze to be a state of mind, a place to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and slow down, all while knowing that you’ll be getting top notch service and amenities.

We’ve worked diligently to create a space that will benefit and complement Cool Breeze Pavilion, adding on the items people need to create a flawless, effortless events and experiences. We will be creating a living quarters that will be available to rent out in addition to the Pavilion or as a stand-alone rental opportunity.
